Authentic Italian Restaurant set in an 1840 pump house

This venue is a 1840's building which used to house a large water pump for Durham city. It now operates as an authentic Italian restaurant, which has a bar area, double hight dining area with balcony level. The interior shows off a lot of the original stone walls. The venue has a very tranquil courtyard to the front of the property, which sits in fantastic grounds with no visible neighbours and is used for dining weather permitting

I have included a nominal fee of £1000, all fees are dependant on time required and disruption to service. All offers will be considered.
